Presented by: Dr. N. Burford

Over a period of three workshops, Dr. Burford will train selected workshop facilitators on how to analyze the role that “race” and racism have played in the political, educational, and legal structures of Canadian society.

This three-part, train-the-trainer series launches during Black history month and will run until April. The first workshop will take place on Tuesday, February 28 @ 5:00 p.m. via Zoom.

We encourage any interested racialized workers to register today to learn the ideology behind Critical Race Theory, as well as the skills and techniques to facilitate interactive critical thinking workshops based on tried and tested methods of populous, equitable teaching and critical pedagogy.

Sign-up here.

Registration deadline: February 21, 2023.
