In recognition of World Health Day, let’s talk about the groundwork we need to lay to ensure we have a government that is committed to people’s health and prepared to protect Ontario in the event of future public health crises.

On Tuesday, April 6, 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., join the Ontario Federation of Labour for a Town Hall discussion on health care and long-term care with NDP Health Critic France Gélinas, Seniors, Home Care and Long-Term Care Critic Sara Singh, MPP Jennie Stevens, and MPP Lisa Gretzky.

MPPs Gélinas, Singh, Stevens, and Gretzky will discuss the work they are doing to address hallway medicine, hospital overcrowding, funding cuts and privatization, bed wait lists, over-stretched resources, access to personal protective equipment for health care workers, and their initiatives going towards the 2022 provincial election.
