New 2024 IWD T-Shirts Now Available!

For more than a decade, the OFL’s March 8 Project has been supporting women’s organizations across Ontario as they rise, resist, and organize for equity across our province.
In 2024, as the project enters its 14th year, we are honouring this work with the theme: “DIVERSITY GROWS OUR STRENGTH.”
Bringing together different perspectives, lived experiences, voices, ideas, and strategies, through inclusion and diversity in our movement, increases our ability to represent the needs and interests of all workers and grows our strength in pushing for positive change for an equitable future for all.

Celebrate diverse women, their persistence, strength, and leadership this International Women’s Day by wearing an OFL 2024 Diversity Grows Our Strength lapel pin or t-shirt and displaying our poster in solidarity and sisterhood.
We invite unions, community organizations, activists and public to take part in the annual March 8 Project by ordering pewter pins, t-shirts and posters which are works of art that you will value for many years to come.
Any surplus from sales of pins, posters and shirts will be donated to organizations that help women recommended by the OFL Women’s Committee to the OFL Executive Board. Previous year’s surplus funds went to support organizations such as:
- Ontario Equal Pay Coalition
- Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care
- Coalition of Black Trade Unionists Hub Club Youth Camp
- Strawberry Ceremony honouring Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls
- Rise Up: Feminist Digital Archive
- Various Women’s Shelters
- Native Women’s Organizations
All orders must be placed by February 9, 2024, in order to be shipped in advance of IWD. Orders can be placed after February 9, 2024; however, we can not guarantee receipt of order before March 8, 2024.
The price per pin for orders of 500 or more is $3.25 (plus tax and shipping). Orders of less than 500 are $3.60 per pin (plus tax and shipping).
Unions that place orders of 500 or more pins by February 9, 2024, will have their union logo added to the poster. Posters (11×17) will be available in limited quantities in both English and French for $1.25 per poster (plus tax and shipping).
The price per shirt is $30.00 (plus tax and shipping).
Pins, posters, and shirts are available in both English and French.
