After ten months of negotiations, 430 staff members at the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) are on strike strike.
Local 535 has expressed concerns about management’s growing reliance on precarious, part-time employment and outsourcing. Additionally, workers have been significantly affected by Bill 124, which imposed limitations on their pay increases.
