ADVISORY: OFL to Release Damning Report on WSIB Premium Rebates for Employers Convicted for Workplace Fatalities
(TORONTO, ON) ─ On Monday, November 24, the Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL) will be releasing a damning report about the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), demonstrating that Ontario’s workplace compensation system continues to pay millions in financial rewards to employers who are convicted of offences resulting in the death or serious injury of their workers.
