Province-Wide Rallies Challenge Austerity Cuts and Privatization

Hospitals are facing a crisis, hydro is being privatized, student debt is mounting and inequality is rising. The situation facing so many Ontario families and their communities seems bleak, but public pressure can turn things around.

We can’t do it without your help.

Join a province-wide rally against austerity, in favour of a stronger Ontario, in one of six cities, starting in mid-January.

The Ontario government is hosting “pre-budget consultations” in six locations across Ontario and they will be greeted by noontime rallies in each city. These events will be positive, vibrant and family-friendly.

Here is how you can help:

(1) POST this event to your networks,

(2) SHARE the event on social media using the hashtag #OntarioWeWant,

(3) BRING three friends with you to the rally closest to your community.
