Fix Ford’s
Failures

Ford’s inaction on the COVID-19
pandemic cost lives.

Let’s demand better.

What You Need to Know

Because of the inaction and misplaced priorities of the Ford government, Ontario’s pandemic response has been one of the worst in the country.

  • COVID-19 outbreaks in long-term care homes infected more than 25,000 residents and staff, resulting in thousands of deaths.
  • Front-line workers had to wait too long for pandemic pay, which expires this spring, and Ontario still doesn’t have permanent legislated paid sick days.
  • Workers do not have a livable minimum wage. Doug Ford continues to undermine the collective agreements of Ontario workers, while workers still face a shortage of adequate PPE.

Doug Ford failed us. The Ontario PC government is sitting on its hands blaming the federal government for its problems. It’s time we demand real action.

“The message to Ford is quite simple. We are done with the tough talk, the time for action is now.”
