Sisters, brothers and comrades at the Office of the Auditor General are currently in a strike fighting for equity and respect from their employer.
The roughly 170 members of PSAC-UNE Local 70153 have been without a contract since September 2018. After exhausting every attempt to reach an agreement at the bargaining table, including a PIC report favourable to the union’s proposals, these workers have taken this historic step in declaring the first strike in the history of the OAG.
It’s a big moment and they need a big show of support.
This Wednesday Dec. 1, join a lunchtime rally outside the Office of the Auditor General located at 240 Sparks street, Ottawa, ON.
