KENORA DRIVE TO WORK CARAVAN HEADING TO SUDBURY FOR JUNE 13 HERE’S A LIST OF CITIES AND EVENTS ALONG

(TORONTO) -- The Ontario Federation of Labour Drive To Work Caravan that left Kenora on June 8 will travel to Wawa, Sault Ste. Marie, Elliot Lake to join up with the other DR2WRK Caravans in Sudbury on June 13th.

The OFL’s Drive To Work Caravan is travelling 3,000 km, participating in over 100 events in more than 50 cities province-wide. “Communities all across Ontario are reeling from the economic storm that has hit our province,” said OFL president Wayne Samuelson who is travelling with the Kenora Caravan. “Thousands of people have lost their jobs. Cities and towns are on red alert as public services are cut back at a time when people and communities need them most.”

“I can’t tell you how important it is to hear your stories and what you think would help us out of this economic situation,” said Samuelson.
