OFL Conference: Violence & Harassment in the Workplace

The Ontario Federation of Labour will hold an important one-day conference, to address new legislative changes in Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) as they relate to sexual violence, sexual harassment, domestic violence and related matters. This conference will be of particular interest to local union leaders, staff representatives and health & safety, women and equity activists. Thanks to the work of the labour movement, harassment and violence in the workplace are now recognized as issues of health and safety, human rights and criminal law.
