(TORONTO) -- The Ontario Federation of Labour’s DRIVE TO WORK CARAVAN is officially on the road after the Caravan’s simultaneous launch from Oshawa and Kenora this morning.

The 3,000 mile province-wide tour has been put together by the OFL’s affiliated unions, anti-poverty groups, the faith community and unemployed workers to listen and document the impact of the recession on families and communities. The Caravan will travel to over 50 cities in Ontario that have over 100 events planned.

Today following the Oshawa launch the Caravan goes to Peterborough and Belleville.
