Canadian Association of Labour Media (CALM)

CALM is a network of union publications and editors. Founded in 1976 by the major affiliated unions of the Canadian Labour Congress it was incorporated as a federal, non-profit organization the next year. It’s a regular news and graphics service for members and now counts about 500 member publications and radio or TV programs.

Cyber Picket Line

This site was launched on May 1, International Workers Day in 1997 and is intended as a service to the international trade union movement. Its purpose is to assist direct communications between union activists around the world, signpost shortcuts to the huge amount of useful resources available on the net to union activists, and to spice this up with some humour and opinionated commentary.
