The 15th Biennial Convention of the Ontario Federation of Labour will be held from Monday, November 25 to Friday, November 29, 2019 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, 123 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
For the 15th biennial convention of the OFL, we meet under the banner of the Power of Many, as we continue our work together to protect and win decent work, strong public services, equality and justice, as well as safe and healthy communities for all.
CREDENTIALS: This year, registration for convention is available online for all delegates.
The registration fee for each delegate is:
// Early Bird registration $450, deadline October 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM;
// Regular delegate registration $500, deadline November 8, 2019 at 11:59 PM; and
// Young Workers and Labour Councils registration $400, deadline November 8, 2019 at 11:59 PM.

Delegates are strongly encouraged to register online. If online registration is NOT used:
Please ensure that:
// The signed and completed duplicate paper credential is returned to the OFL by the deadline; and
// The signed and completed original credential is retained by the delegate and brought to the registration desk at convention.
The deadline for receiving credentials is 11:59 PM, Friday, November 8, 2019. Article IV Section 5 of the OFL Constitution states: “No credentials shall be accepted later than 15 calendar days prior to the opening date of a regular convention.”
RESOLUTIONS: The deadline for receiving resolutions is 11:59 PM, Friday, October 25, 2019. Resolutions can be sent by mail or electronically. Resolution instructions can be found in the OFL Convention Call in English, or français.
CHILD CARE: The OFL will provide child care at the convention from Monday, November 25 to Friday, November 29. Please complete the child care registration form during online registration or download it here.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Rooms for the convention are at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Reservations can be made through WE Travel online at www.wetravel.net or via telephone Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, toll free at 1-888-676-7747 or direct at 1-613-232-9908.
ACCESSIBILITY: The OFL will assist delegates with accessibility requirements to the convention proceedings and facilities. Every effort will be made to make the convention as accessible as possible. To address particular needs of delegates, during online registration, please complete the Accessibility Needs form or download the form here and send along with the delegate’s duplicate credential.
